The policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you receive your order and you are not satisfied for any reason listed below you can return the product for a refund after contacting us first. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, a refund will not be issued.

Refund requirements
You are eligible for a refund if one of the following criteria has been met:
- Product is defective (damaged poster)
- Product is not as described (see also terms and conditions because exemptions apply)
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Products made to order including personalized items can not be returned for a refund. The same goes for Sale items labeled as such. Those sales are final except when the product is not as described or damaged (see also terms and conditions).
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund request, we require a proof of purchase. Generally this is the e-mail that has been send after your purchase. Without it we will not issue a refund.
Returns
Shipping return items
Before returning an item, you must contact us first before doing so. Please don’t send any item back without contacting us first!
Returns can only then be shipped to: Created by Design, Return Item, Salland 177, 9405 GJ Assen, The Netherlands. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We do not offer free return shipment. And you are responsible for correct delivery to aforementioned address.
Packaging returns
You are responsible for ensuring that the items you wish to return are properly packaged so it/they will not get damaged during transport. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore raymondwijngaard.nl reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
